As a Cafe Specialist at Costa Coffee, you will be part of a dynamic team that crafts exceptional experiences for our customers. With a passion for delivering high-quality products and services, you will be responsible for creating smooth shifts even in busy periods.

Our salary is £33 per hour, rising with training to £12.83 (dependant store location). You will also have the opportunity to train and accredit new Baristas, stir up success for yourself and your team, and craft new recipes to energise your team.
