About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional with experience in operating, setting, and running of Jones & Shipman CNC grinders and manual cylindrical and surface grinding equipment. The ideal candidate will be able to work with honing and lapping processes, read and interpret engineering drawings, and perform first-offs while maintaining tight tolerances on a wide range of materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate, set up, and run Jones & Shipman CNC grinders and manual cylindrical and surface grinding machines
  • Work with honing and lapping processes to achieve precise results
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings to ensure accurate production
  • Perform first-off inspections and maintain tight tolerances on various materials
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
