Rolfe Judd Architecture is seeking a highly motivated Senior Architect with proven team leadership abilities to join its team in London.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a highly motivated individual with excellent design, technical and communication skills gained in previous UK architectural practice.

The successful candidate must have proven experience of delivering high-quality buildings across a range of project scales and complexities through RIBA Stages 3-4, with strong leadership, communication skills, and impeccable design ability being crucial for this role.

You should be confident dealing with clients and contractor teams, be a proactive team leader with a collaborative mindset, as well as having an in-depth understanding of technical design standards and legislation.

  • five or more years post Part III (ARB registered) UK work experience, with a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role;
  • experience of delivering high-quality buildings across a range of project scales and complexities;
  • exceptional leadership qualities through taking initiative, problem solving, showing assertiveness and enthusiasm, with the ability to manage, co-ordinate and prioritise resources, as well as communicate with client and construction teams;
  • ability to work effectively with others to help achieve the best solution for the project team, the wider design team and the client;
  • an in-depth understanding of UK planning policy, building regulations, technical design standards and legislation;
  • proficiency in working with Revit and Autocad;
  • possess a portfolio of work that can clearly demonstrates the qualities in a candidate that we are seeking;
  • be able to demonstrate competence through a register of Continued Professional Development (CPD) in line with the Building Safety Act;
  • exceptional organisational, verbal and written communication skills with a fluency in English.
