Role Overview:

The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is a respected provider of care and support services to individuals in Scotland. As a Bank Support Practitioner, you will contribute to delivering high-quality support to our service users, helping them to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives. Your key responsibilities will include providing support with daily living tasks, assisting with medication management, and promoting independence.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in health and social care or related field.
  • Experience of working in a care setting, preferably with adults with disabilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.


We estimate the salary for this role to be around £20,500 - £22,500 per annum, depending on experience. The role requires working flexible hours, including weekends, shift patterns, and sleepovers if necessary. If you are successful, you will receive a conditional offer subject to satisfactory references and PVG.
