Job Purpose Summary:
To manufacture and test bespoke control panels at NOA Limited, ensuring high-quality results within specified timescales.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Manufacture and test bespoke control panels following electrical drawings and instructions.
  • Accurately and efficiently build and wire control panels from empty enclosures.
  • Perform pre-delivery inspection and testing on finished control panels on the shop floor, adhering to approved standards and customer requirements.
  • Maintain safe working practices and adhere to quality control procedures at all times.

Personal Profile:

  • Experience in manufacturing and testing control panels.
  • Ability to read and understand electrical schematics.
  • Proven track record of completing projects to agreed schedules.
  • Understanding of wiring processes and error identification.
  • Accuracy and neat wiring practices required.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team or independently with minimal oversight.
  • Diagnose, test, or analyze the performance of components, assemblies, or systems.
  • Excellent house-keeping and pride in work.
  • Proven experience in working within a workshop environment.
  • Positive attitude, excellent time keeping, and attendance to work.
  • Confidence, enthusiasm, self-motivation, and determination.
  • Attention to detail - accurate and methodical in work.
