About the Role:
The position of Sales Development Representative is available at This Is Prime, a leading FinTech company based in Manchester City Centre. We are looking for a driven individual to join our team as a Sales Development Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for attaining a thorough knowledge of the business, industry, and clients, as well as creating a pipeline of business through proactive calling and delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves building rapport with key decision makers to provide the ultimate experience and being a strong team player.

About the Package:
The successful candidate will receive a competitive basic salary of £24,900, rising to £30,000 within 9-12 months. In addition, they will have the opportunity to earn an average OTE of £34,500 in the first year, with uncapped commission potential. The company offers a range of benefits, including 8 weeks of onboarding training, weekly 121s, and a fun and dynamic work environment.
