Retail Operations Director

Our community-focused shop and café in Brockham, Surrey, is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Shop Manager to oversee its daily operations. The Shop & café at Strood Green is a key part of our community, and we're looking for someone to lead its team and drive its success.

As Shop Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of staff, managing daily operations, and ensuring the shop and café run smoothly. You'll also play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.
