Housing & Property Attorney

About the Role

We require an experienced Housing & Property Attorney to join our team at Mergul Law. As a key member of our team, you will assist in managing a caseload, preparing documents, and communicating with clients.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in conveyancing law, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Taking initial instructions from clients and advising on the best course of action
  2. Preparing and reviewing documents related to property transactions
  3. Managing a caseload and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum.
