Merchandising Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Merchandiser to join our team. As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and merchandised effectively in-store, driving sales and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Merchandise and display products in-store to maximize visibility and appeal
- Work closely with store teams to ensure that products are stocked and replenished as needed
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers and colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Provide accurate and timely feedback to our client account teams on in-store performance and customer engagement
- Experience in retail or merchandising, with a strong understanding of sales and customer engagement principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with store teams
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Basic computer skills, with experience using company software and systems
