Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team at Independent Living Solutions Ltd. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care and support to a lady with a brain injury, ensuring her safety, physical wellbeing, and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide emotional support and companionship to the service user
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
  • Support the service user to engage in activities and hobbies, promoting her independence and wellbeing
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure consistency and continuity of care
  • Participate in regular clinical supervision and review meetings to ensure the service user's needs are met

Requirements:

  • Experience working with adults with brain injuries or similar conditions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic IT skills and ability to use electronic care records
  • Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Certificate
