Facilities Maintenance Professional

beBee Professionals is seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Professional to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of various residential and commercial spaces in Halesowen. This role requires a strong attention to detail, effective time management skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:- Clean and Sanitize Designated Areas: Ensure all offices, restrooms, and common areas are clean and hygienic.
- Proper Use of Cleaning Products and Equipment: Utilize cleaning chemicals and supplies effectively and efficiently to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Previous Experience as a Cleaner or Related Role: A minimum of [£9.50 - £11.00 per hour] experience is preferred, although it is not essential.
