At Holt Recruitment, we are seeking a skilled MET Technician / Strip Fitter to join our client's team at their Accident Repair Centre in the Bourne area. The ideal candidate will have experience in removing and refitting parts, dismantling and rebuilding vehicles, and reporting unseen damage.

About the Role
  • Salary: £45,000 per annum + Bonus
  • Type: Permanent

The successful MET Technician / Strip Fitter will be responsible for ensuring body repairs meet high standards, working efficiently and accurately, and collaborating with the team. A good understanding of mechanical electrical trim (MET) techniques is essential, along with time-served or qualified experience.

Requirements
  • City & Guilds or NVQ level qualification
  • Previous experience as an MET Technician
  • ATA certification advantageous but not essential
