Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop medium and long-term financial plans, enhancing efficiency and profitability.
  • Lead budgeting and cash flow forecasting, ensuring financial stability and accurate targets.
  • Maintain and refine control policies while ensuring compliance with tax and statutory requirements.
  • Provide competitor analysis, market trends, and produce comprehensive monthly management accounts.

Requirements:

  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with substantial experience in FP&A and financial controls.
  • Proven track record in managing and developing finance teams.
