Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Adult Care Professional to join our team as a Complex Care Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs, including spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, and acquired brain injuries.

You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team, including nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual.

Required Skills and Qualifications

No prior care experience is required, as we provide full nurse-led training and clinical support. However, you must possess a strong foundation in care and compassion, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
