Job Title: Construction Worker

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking construction worker to join our team at Randstad Construction & Property. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general labour duties on the construction site, ensuring a safe working environment, and following instructions from the site supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform manual labour tasks, including cleaning and maintaining the job site.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to safety guidelines and regulations.
  • Follow instructions from the site supervisor and work well in a team.
  • Assist with various tasks as required by the project.

Requirements:

  • Valid CSCS Card.
  • Must live in the UK.
  • Own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety boots, hi-vis vest, gloves, and hard hat.
  • Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour tasks.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Previous experience in construction or labourer roles is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines.
