As a world-leading private hearing specialist, we are seeking a skilled Audiologist to join our team in the UK. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer care and audiology services, you will be responsible for administering hearing tests, assessing client needs, and providing aftercare services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellence in customer care and audiology services to Amplifon clients
  • Administer hearing tests and assess client needs
  • Provide an aftercare service in line with the Amplifon aftercare programme
  • Manage the clinic with the support of a Customer Care Coordinator
  • Ensure that the team provides a professional, courteous, and high-quality service

Requirements:

  • Registered Hearing Aid Dispenser with the HCPC
  • Exceptional standards of customer care and service
  • Commercial sensitivity
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Action orientated
  • Strong analytical and judgement ability
  • Effective communication style
  • Numerate
  • Organised and efficient with time
  • Drive and tenacity

What We Offer:

Relocation Assistance:
