We are a dynamic and family-based business seeking an ambitious Key Account Business Development Specialist to spearhead our Sales & Marketing function.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to drive business growth, build long-lasting relationships with clients, and promote our services through various marketing channels.

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to win new business and reinvigorate lapsed clients and accounts;
  • Promote our services through social media platforms such as LinkedIn and other relevant platforms;
  • Communicate professionally with clients and colleagues via phone and email;
  • Support with administrative tasks and manage available tools, including the client database and customer relationship management system;
The Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this role, you will be a proactive and fast learner, demonstrating excellent professional IT skills, including email, social media, and Microsoft applications. You will have a polite and clear telephone manner, enjoy working as part of a team, and be flexible in your approach to assist with other tasks.

Benefits

This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of up to £27,500 (dependent on experience) plus company-related bonus, pension scheme, laptop, phone, parking, and early finish Fridays (subject to business requirements). Our standard working hours are 8am-4pm/5pm, Monday to Friday.
