Senior Drainage Engineer Opportunity

Aldwych Consulting Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Drainage Engineer to join their team in Richmond, London. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering projects on time and within budget, while upholding the company's reputation for delivering exceptional work.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer to work in a dynamic environment where you can make a tangible impact on the company's continued success. You will be working on a range of projects, including the design of Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS), and will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a supportive and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Design and implement Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS)
  • Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver solutions
  • Support the technical development of junior colleagues
  • Contribute to the development of the company's technical expertise
Requirements
  • Relevant civil or environmental degree or masters level qualification
  • Minimum of 2:1 (or equivalent) grade
  • Strong technical skills, including CAD and InfoDrainage software
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and liaise with clients and stakeholders
Desirable Skills
  • Experience in flood risk management
  • Experience using Civil 3D
  • Experience with GIS software
  • Foul Water design
  • Hydraulic Modelling
  • Project Management experience
