Job Title: 7.5t - Entry-Level Home Delivery Specialist

Are you a skilled 7.5t driver looking for a new opportunity? We have an exciting role for you Our client is seeking a motivated 7.5t driver to join their home delivery team. This position offers immediate starts and is an excellent chance for drivers to gain experience and advance their careers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate a 7.5t vehicle to deliver white goods to customers' homes.
  • Complete approximately 30 deliveries per day, adhering to scheduled routes and timelines.
  • Assist with wet installations as required, under the guidance of a trained driver.
  • Work as part of a 2-person team, assisting with lifting, carrying, and installing heavy items.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring all deliveries are handled professionally.
  • Start work at 06:00 AM, Monday to Saturday, with shifts lasting 11-12 hours per day.
  • Uphold safety and operational standards during deliveries.
  • Undergo a DBS check as part of the recruitment process and complete an online induction prior to starting.
Requirements:
  • Valid 7.5t or Class 2 driving license with at least 6 months of driving experience.
  • Valid CPC & Digi Tacho Card
  • Physically fit and able to handle the demands of delivering heavy goods.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable with early morning starts and long shifts.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Must pass a DBS check and complete an online induction.
