About the Role
As a Paramedic Functional Assessor, you'll work closely with customers to understand how their disabilities or health conditions impact their daily lives. You'll conduct thorough assessments, gather evidence, and provide detailed reports to help the Department for Work and Pensions determine eligibility for benefits. With our emphasis on clinical development and ongoing support, you'll thrive in this challenging yet rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct telephone, video, or face-to-face assessments to gain a deep understanding of a customer's needs
* Develop comprehensive reports to support benefit claims
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure accurate and timely decision-making

Requirements
* Valid HCPC registration number
* At least 1 year of post-registration experience within or outside an NHS ambulance trust
* Right to work in the UK (we cannot offer sponsorships)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in using computer software to produce high-quality reports
