Clinical Development Nurse

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Development Nurse to join our team. As a Peripatetic Clinical Development Nurse, you will be responsible for working within various Care Home settings, promoting the delivery of high-quality care and supporting the development of clinical excellence.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified RGN nurse who is willing to travel regularly and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that patients receive the best possible care and support.
Key Responsibilities
* Work collaboratively with the care home teams to promote best practice and improve patient outcomes
* Provide guidance and support to nursing staff on clinical governance and risk management
* Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
* Participate in regular audits and quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
* Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification
* Experience of working in a care home setting
* Ability to travel regularly as required
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
