Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team in providing exceptional patient care. The successful candidate will be responsible for working within our Same Day Service (SDS) Team, delivering urgent treatment services and telephone triage.

• Deliver high-quality patient care as part of our SDS Team
• Provide urgent treatment services and telephone triage
• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care

• Registered Nurse with at least 2 years' experience in Primary Care
• Minimum 5 years post-registration experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
