Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain our reputation within the industry by demonstrating excellent customer service practices, acting responsively to customer needs, and delivering customer satisfaction.
  • Manage on-site customer queries in a fair and courteous manner, ensuring that all interactions are professional and respectful.
  • Clean equipment and the immediate vicinity of the machine after completion of site work, leaving the site well-presented.
  • Handle challenging situations with customers in a professional and courteous manner at all times, achieving the required tasks set.
  • Be responsive, cooperative, and achieve the required tasks set.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Skilled in installing laundry and catering equipment.
  • Knowledge of electrical and plumbing work.
  • Proficient level of computer skills.
  • Good knowledge of the English language, both written and verbal.

Requirements

  • Experience of working in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience in a field-based role.

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000-£37,000 dependant on qualifications, along with a range of benefits and opportunities for career development.
