About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Electronics Engineer to join our team at Guidant Global. As an Electronics Engineer - RF Specialist, you will be responsible for handling a range of RF tasks, including RCS prediction and measurement, antenna design, RF testing, radar systems, and radio altimeters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop electronic systems and components for defence applications
- Conduct RF testing and measurement, including RCS prediction and antenna design
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver defence systems
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Electronics Engineering or related field
- Experience in electronic design, development, and delivery, preferably in defence or related industry
- Knowledge of RF circuits and components across a wide range of frequencies
- Practical skills in soldering, fault finding, and RF component level assembly
- Experience with CAD software such as KiCAD or ORCAD
- Good communication skills and ability to produce high-quality written reports and presentations
