Job Overview:

Nuco Solutions Ltd is seeking a skilled Domestic Heating Specialist to join their team. As a leading provider of heating services, the company requires an experienced ACS Gas Engineer to work on a large social housing contract covering various postcodes.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in domestic servicing and repairs, ideally with a background in either Social Housing or high-volume insurance work. A strong technical ability and customer service skills are essential for this role.

The successful candidate will hold current ACS qualifications, including CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, and CKR1. The annual salary is estimated at £43,000-£45,000, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out annual boiler services and repair breakdowns in social housing properties
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in heating maintenance and repair
  • Current ACS Gas Safety Certification (CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, and CKR1)
  • Valid Driving Licence
