About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at graze. As a key member of our people team, you will be responsible for leading our people strategy for manufacturing and developing the right talent to create our delicious, healthy snacks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the people agenda for the Hayes Manufacturing site, using business expertise and insight to diagnose talent, organization, culture, and capability needs in the business.
- Assess the talent needs of the site and design and deliver effective talent solutions.
- Work at both the organizational and individual level to assess learning and capability building needs and implement solutions.
- Be accountable for the site ER strategy and deliver it through building strong relationships with employees, coaching managers, and ensuring compliance with employment law and risk mitigation.
Requirements:
- HR Business Partner experience in a similar environment.
- Good knowledge of key HR processes, roles, and responsibilities across the entire HR lifecycle.
- Proven ability to build relationships at all levels and experience in coaching and developing leadership.
