Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Cost Management: Oversee the entire cost management process for assigned projects, ensuring accurate and timely budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
  • Contract Administration: Administer and manage various types of contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Quantity Surveying: Undertake detailed quantity surveying duties, including the measurement and valuation of work, ensuring accuracy and adherence to industry standards.
  • Risk Management: Identify and assess potential risks related to cost, contract, and project delivery, implementing effective strategies to mitigate these risks.
