Job Title: Housekeeping Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and conscientious Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Springcare Care Homes Ltd.

About the Role:

As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our care homes. This will involve general cleaning and tidying of communal areas and residents' bedrooms, as well as laundry and deep cleaning tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • General cleaning and tidying of communal areas and residents' bedrooms
  • Laundry of residents' clothes, bedding, and other items
  • Deep cleaning tasks, including hoovering and cleaning bathrooms
  • Assisting the kitchen team
  • Maintaining housekeeping products

Requirements:

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, a team player, and has excellent communication skills. You will also need to be able to prioritise your work and be organised.

Experience in a similar role is not essential, as we will provide full training. However, you will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team.
