Finance Business Partner Marketing Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at Mitchell Adam, a leading retail business based in Birmingham. This is a new position created due to organic growth and promotion within the company.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Accountant with experience in commercial finance and business partnering. They will have the ability to work on all levels, interact with different people, and manage expectations. The successful candidate will also have a keen eye for detail and be confident in making new suggestions.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with stakeholders to manage their expectations and provide financial advice
  • Preparing reports and budgets for stakeholders
  • Acting quickly to situations that may occur, using initiative and technical accounting knowledge

In return, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work for a company that values its staff and offers internal promotion and the chance to work in other areas of the business. They will also receive the right amount of guidance to ensure they get to grips with the role straight away, while having full autonomy within the position after a couple of months.

This is a varied role that will allow the candidate to be and think commercially, while keeping their fundamental accounting skills up to date.
