Our client, a local authority in Worcestershire, is seeking an experienced Compliance Lead to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all corporate and maintained school premises are compliant with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive fire compliance program that meets the requirements of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
  • Conduct regular fire risk assessments and reviews to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Collaborate with schools staff to ensure compliance with non-fire statutory requirements.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of fire risk assessments and compliance activities.
Requirements:
  • Substantial experience in managing large-scale fire contracts or similar areas such as construction or property.
  • Successful track record in end-to-end management of major fire contracts.
  • Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations and compliance requirements.
