Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all patrons.
- Prepare and serve beverages, including basic barista duties, to meet the high standards of our café and bistro.
- Efficiently run food orders to tables, assist with table service, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Process transactions accurately and handle customer payments with a smile.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and supportive work environment.
- Participate in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of all areas, including cleaning tables, restocking, and tidying workstations.
- Adhere to checklists to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
- Occasionally assist in the staff canteen when needed.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work well in a team.
- Previous experience in a café or restaurant environment is preferred, but not essential.
- Barista experience is a bonus, but training will be provided.
