Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Director to join our London team and lead our HR operations. As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for implementing and localizing our HR strategy, driving talent management, employee relations, operational excellence, policy development, diversity and inclusion, and global collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Strategy Implementation: Collaborate with global HR teams to implement and localize our HR strategy.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Employee Engagement and Support: Act as the primary contact for employees on matters such as benefits, payroll, and workplace policies.
  • Operational Efficiency: Manage payroll, pensions, and benefits for the London office in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Policy Development and Compliance: Assist in the creation and refinement of HR policies and procedures to support business growth.
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Drive the implementation of global DEI strategies through impactful local activities.
  • Global Partnerships and Initiatives: Lead London-specific HR projects while contributing to global initiatives.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably within an international organisation.
  • Expertise in UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • A strong strategic thinker with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proven track record of fostering an inclusive, engaging workplace culture.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Estimated salary range: £90,000 - £140,000 per annum.
