Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with company health and safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Proactively introduce new methodologies and continuous improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Test Strategy: Design and implement a test strategy aligned with business objectives and ensure that testing processes are effective and efficient.
  • Leadership: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage multiple test plans to meet defined objectives.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to resource and coordinate operational, testing, and implementation phases.
  • Resource Management: Flexibly manage testing across concurrent projects and allocate resources efficiently.
  • Reporting: Generate issue reports and recommend QA improvements for leadership.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years' experience ideally holding a relevant degree (Bachelor of Engineering) and ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification.
  • Certifications: QA certification (e.g., Six Sigma, CQE) and expertise in testing techniques and test-driven development.
  • Skills: Strong multitasking, creativity, and organizational skills in fast-paced environments, proven asset tracking management experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
  • Decision Making: Excellent decision-making abilities and skilled in root cause analysis and recommending solutions.
