Project Coordinator

As a key member of the JD Sports team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of projects aligned to our Transformation portfolio. This portfolio consists of complex projects and programmes designed to deliver business benefit across the JD Group in a fast-paced, global environment.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, programme managers, business analysts, operational teams, technology teams, and suppliers to help the business implement our strategy and enhance our market-leading multichannel offering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify stakeholders, develop a communications strategy, manage expectations, and be politically aware
- Work closely with business analysts to ensure requirements are captured and validated
- Capture, question, and validate information collected about tasks, durations, and dependencies
- Work closely with third-party suppliers to ensure work packages are delivered as expected
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an omnichannel retail environment is highly advantageous
- Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, and warehousing transformational change is required
- Highly organised, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and plan/manage time accordingly
- Strong facilitation and influencing skills
