About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Broadlands Clinic in Norfolk. As a key member of our Nursing Bank, you will provide high-quality care and support to our service users, working closely with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out assigned tasks involving direct care in support of and under guidance of registered nurses or senior Health Care Assistants.
  • Actively participate in promoting high standards of care within the philosophy of Person-Centred Planning.
  • Supervise or assist service-users with personal hygiene requirements, including bathing, washing, and toileting, where required.
  • Ensure that the statutory requirements of the Mental Health Act 1983 are observed and applied.
