About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Family Therapist to join our team in Flintshire and Wrexham (East) CAMHS. As Lead Family Therapist, you will play a key role in developing and leading our systemic therapy offer across East CAMHS.

You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver family therapy to children, young people, and families experiencing mental health difficulties. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us provide a comprehensive service to our local community.

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality family therapy to children, young people, and families
  • Provide clinical supervision and consultation to colleagues
  • Develop and lead on training initiatives for the team
  • Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and away days

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have a significant amount of experience as a Family Therapist, preferably in a CAMHS setting. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team.

A strong understanding of systemic therapy principles and practices is essential, as is your ability to lead and develop teams. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable, but not essential.

Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum
