About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Sales Assistant to join our team at Mamas & Papas Swindon store. As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of our brand, providing an exceptional customer experience and helping our customers find the perfect products for their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring customers have a positive and memorable experience in-store.
  • Assist customers in finding the right products, answering questions, and providing product knowledge.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new products and promotions.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, championing diversity and promoting a culture of inclusivity.
