Architectural Technologist

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Architectural BIM Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ArchiCAD software, excellent technical ability, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results. As part of our team, you will be responsible for working across all RIBA stages on a variety of projects, collaborating with surveyors and stakeholders, attending meetings, and producing high-quality drawings. You will also be required to visit sites to gather information, inspect ongoing work, and provide expert advice where necessary. In addition, you will mentor junior staff members, develop solutions to problems that occur during construction, and compile tender packages, conduct site surveys, and prepare planning applications as required.
The successful candidate will hold a minimum of 2 years' experience as an Architectural Technologist, with a strong understanding of ArchiCAD software and its applications. They will also demonstrate a commitment to hard work and motivation, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements. Excellent teamwork skills are essential, with the capacity to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders. Additionally, the successful candidate will be willing to travel to sites, demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude towards project demands.
