About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our client's multiskilled maintenance team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of production equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform proactive and reactive maintenance routines on production equipment and facilities
  • Provide electrical and mechanical support and knowledge on all production lines
  • Conduct equipment testing, fault finding, and repair
  • PLC fault finding and repair using Allen Bradley and Siemens PLCs
  • Develop and implement effective planned preventative maintenance schedules to ensure maximum machine availability
  • Collaborate with other plant engineers and team leaders to achieve machine maintenance hours on planned work
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and work in a safe manner at all times
  • Contribute to the planning, controlling, and overseeing of daily routines and inspections
  • Implement a total quality approach across the site
Requirements
  • Time served with a Electrical Maintenance Engineer engineering level 3 qualification
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Multiskilled Technician
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
