The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all claims allocated, ensuring that company policy, procedure, and regulatory requirements are adhered to at all times.

About the Role
  • Efficiently handle all claims allocated to the job holder, responsible for a designated caseload handling claims from cradle to grave and liaising extensively with clients, insurers, claimants, policyholders, brokers, and other experts.
  • Refer claims which fall outside of personal authority levels to the line manager.

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, combined with a benefits package which can be personalised to suit your needs.

  • Ideally, you will have experience of dealing with a varied portfolio of motor, liability, and property-related claims.
