At Jo Malone London, we're on the hunt for a talented Sales Advisor to join our team. As a Fragrance Expert, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the world of luxury beauty, working with our iconic fragrances and gifting products.

About the Role

We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, with a keen eye for detail and a love of fragrance. As a Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for creating a personalized shopping experience for our customers, helping them to discover new fragrances and products that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice on our fragrances and gifting products
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and trends in the beauty industry
