Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dining services. This role is responsible for managing a team of approximately 18 full and part-time staff, ensuring the smooth running of service across breakfast, lunch, afternoon teas, cocktails, bar snacks, and dinner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Develop and implement effective operational systems and procedures to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Work closely with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver excellent service.
- Monitor and control costs, including stock ordering and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar environment and dining or a restaurant management role.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and suppliers.
- Flexibility in working hours, with the ability to work across different meal periods to ensure seamless service.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £34,000 for those opting for live-in accommodation and £38,000 for live-out, with an additional 12.5% tips on top.
- On-road parking for live-out staff.
