Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a strategic plan that aligns with the college's vision and goals
- Build and maintain relationships with local iwi, organisations, and community groups to enhance learning outcomes and wellbeing
- Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation among staff, students, and parents
- Ensure effective communication and engagement with stakeholders, including students, parents, and the wider community
- A deep understanding of rural education and its unique challenges and opportunities
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage audiences and convey complex ideas simply
- A proven track record of leading teams and driving positive change in educational settings

- A competitive salary range: $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience
