HR Advisor - Part Time

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious HR Advisor to join a great employer based in Mid Kent. This part-time position offers 25 hours per week and can be flexible for the right person.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic and operational HR support and leadership to the business.
  • Offer proactive support, coaching, and mentoring to managers, providing advice on policies and procedures.
  • Manage individual case management, including complex employee relation issues.
  • Provide end-to-end recruitment support, including job adverts, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding processes.
  • Monitor and develop employee records, including maternity, paternity, sickness, and absence.
  • Develop and monitor performance, leave, and internal appraisal systems.
  • Execute, develop, and maintain starter and leaver procedures.
  • Manage HR personnel files to ensure they are up to date.
  • Ensure UK employment legislation knowledge is up to date.
  • Support with other company projects as required.
Requirements:
  • Ideal CIPD Level 3 qualification.
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment within manufacturing or warehouse.
  • Confident in using all MS Office applications.
  • Able to meet deadlines and be organized in managing your own workload.
  • The ability to work constructively as part of a team and independently.
  • A positive attitude to feedback from senior management.
  • Trustworthy and honest with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • A team player who doesn't mind getting stuck in.
