Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join our team at Olivia Ruella Limited. As a key member of our payroll department, you will be responsible for leading and developing a small team of payroll professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- On-board new clients and ensure a smooth transition to our payroll services
- Enter clients on to our system and run payroll with accuracy and efficiency
- Supervise, lead and develop a small team of payroll professionals to achieve high levels of service and quality
- Act as the primary point of contact for payroll queries and provide exceptional customer service
- Review, monitor and implement new processes to improve the department's efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure service levels are met while maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll regulations and legislation
- Balancing the payroll accounts by resolving discrepancies and ensuring accuracy
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience working in a Practice payroll department
- CIPP qualification or equivalent
- Proven experience of managing people and teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
