UX Researcher Role

We are seeking a skilled UX Researcher to join our team at eTeam. As a UX Researcher, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional user experiences for our website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with clients to understand their requirements and identify areas for research, design, and usability testing.
  • Conduct qualitative research methods to gather insights and inform design decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including web developers and programmers, to ensure seamless design implementation.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of user behavior, preferences, and needs.
  • Present research findings and design recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring effective communication of complex ideas.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of qualitative research methods and user-centered design principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into actionable insights.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong technical knowledge, with the ability to explain design requirements to developers.
