Housekeeping Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Team Lead to oversee the cleanliness of our clients' premises in Barrow-in-Furness. The successful candidate will lead a team of housekeepers, ensuring high standards of cleaning and adhering to BICS standards.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for someone with supervisory experience and strong customer care skills to join our team. As a Housekeeping Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing staff rotas, reporting, and budgets to maximize internal staff use.
You will also provide a focal point for compliance, audit, health & safety, and cleaning schedules, as well as support the manager with various tasks. A strong desire to deliver great results and flexibility to support the team during absence or holidays are essential.

The estimated salary for this position is around £11.44 per hour, plus overtime rates. Additional benefits include employee discounts via Perkbox, cycle to work scheme, and access to a virtual GP and health & wellbeing app.
