About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Conveyancing Paralegal to join our team at Wiseman Consulting Limited. As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will be responsible for working on a variety of residential conveyancing cases, including sales and purchases, leasehold and freehold, transfers of equity, remortgages, secured lending, and buy-to-let.

About the Firm:

Wiseman Consulting Limited is a Legal Recruitment Agency based in the UK, specializing in placing Paralegals, Solicitors, and Partners into private practice and revenue share firms nationwide. We are committed to selecting, recruiting, and developing the best candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on a caseload of residential conveyancing cases, including sales and purchases, leasehold and freehold, transfers of equity, remortgages, secured lending, and buy-to-let.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to ensure accurate and efficient completion of cases.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth case progression.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and solicitors to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in conveyancing law and practice to ensure compliance and best practice.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £25,000 - £33,000.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience working supervised or unsupervised on their own caseload.
  • Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing law and practice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
