About the Role:We are looking for a talented and ambitious individual who can lead and manage our recruitment team, driving revenue and profit growth while positively impacting the leadership of the business. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in recruitment and sales, with a strong understanding of the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
- Lead and manage a high-performing recruitment team, providing coaching and development opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring exceptional customer service
- Contribute to the development of the company's strategic direction and business plan
- Represent the company at internal and external events, meetings, and training sessions
- Proven track record of success in recruitment and sales
- Strong understanding of the hospitality sector and its trends
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
