RVN/SVN Maternity Cover Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive RVN or SVN with horse-handling experience to join our friendly team on a full-time basis for maternity cover.

About the Role
  • Practice Site: Bell Equine Veterinary Clinic
  • Contract: 42 hours on average per week, Monday to Friday shifts ranging from 8am – 4.30pm & 9am – 5.30pm
  • Ongoing cover required

The ideal candidate will have a good level of veterinary nursing experience, excellent animal care and welfare standards, and the ability to competently handle horses of all ages, size and breeds.

We are a Tier 4 Equine only veterinary hospital with 26 veterinary surgeons working for the practice, supported by over 28 nursing, stable and office staff. BEVC offers a professional, efficient and compassionate service to our clients and their horses, as well as pursuing the goal of clinical excellence. Bell Equine is a Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) accredited practice.

Requirements
  • Good level of veterinary nursing experience
  • Ability to competently handle horses of all ages, size and breeds
